We are looking for an experienced, thoughtful Veterinarian Medical Director to help guide our team and shape the future of our practice. Clinic Snapshot
- Practice type: General Practice & Urgent Care
- Avg. daily patient volume: ~11 per DVM
- Support staff ratio: ~2.5 per DVM
- Case mix: Wellness, soft-tissue and orthopedic Sx, TPLO's , dentistry, and urgent care.
- Technology & equipment: Ultrasound, digital radiography, dental radiography, Idexx in-house labs, Ekg's (pre-ops), dental set-ups, 3 exam rooms and 1 Sx suite.
- Team culture: Hayward Animal Clinic is just across the San Meto-Hayward Bridge. It is a 2,046sq/ft, 3 exam room clinic closed Saturday and Sunday for optimum work/life balance. They have a strong team who are dedicated to excellent patient care, client communication, and teamwork, which makes it a great environment for a veterinarian to fully utilize their medicine and surgery skills.

- $160,000 - $200k annual salary (doe) + production bonus

You are a veterinarian who is:

Qualifications
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) or equivalent degree from an accredited university (required)
- Compassionate, client-centered approach to care
- Strong communication and client-education skills
- Previous experience managing multi-doctor practice and or current work experience as Lead Veterinarian, Chief of Staff, or Medical Director strongly encouraged for application.
