Family Pet Hospital is looking for an experienced, thoughtful Veterinarian Medical Director to help guide our team and shape the future of our practice. Clinic Snapshot
The clinic is spacious and fully equipped with in-house digital radiographs and ultrasound, in-house comprehensive laboratory, regenerative medicine, advanced surgery suite including orthopedic, and more.
- Practice type: Small Animal General Practice
- Avg. daily patient volume: ~14 per DVM
- Support staff ratio: ~4-5 per DVM
- Case mix: Preventativewellness, urgent care, and routine general practice cases, along with orthopedic and soft-tissue surgery procedures, and dentistry.
- Technology & equipment: Ultrasound, digital x-rays, digital rads, in-house labs, laser, Vcheck200 and in- house diagnostic toolkit for T4, CPL, ProBNP, Progesterone, with capabilities for more!
- Team culture: We are a dedicated, highly productive team where compassionate DVMs and highly skilled technicians work collaboratively to provide exceptional care. We have favorable ratio of techs per doctor, offering an ideal environment for both experienced veterinarians and recent graduates. - $180k - $200k annual salary (doe) + production bonus

You are a veterinarian who is:

Qualifications
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) or equivalent degree from an accredited university (required)
- Compassionate, client-centered approach to care
- Strong communication and client-education skills
- Previous experience managing multi-doctor practice and or current work experience as Lead Veterinarian, Chief of Staff, or Medical Director strongly encouraged to apply.
